Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect β we cover return shipping
- If returning for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong item ordered) β customer pays return shipping
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3β5 business days after approval
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If an order has already shipped:
- Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
