Return Eligibility
You may request a free return within 40 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
Returns are quick and hassle-free with no restocking fees.

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.
A prepaid return label will be provided after your return request is approved.
Returns can be completed:

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
- Items not in original condition or packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
If an order has already shipped:
- Returns remain free after delivery
- No return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will resolve the issue quickly at no cost to you.
