Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Item must be in original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect β†’ we cover return shipping
  • If returning for personal reasons (change of mind, wrong item ordered) β†’ customer pays return shipping

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our error)
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Final sale or clearance items

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

If an order has already shipped:

  • Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will resolve the issue quickly at no cost to you.
